링글에서 수업 주제 

Quite Quitter 

을 주제로 처음 수업을 진행했다.

 

수업 방식

1) Read article

2) following question

3) 질문에 대한 답, 문장교정

4) summary feedback

 

 

먼저 링글에서는 수업 방식을 선택 할 수 있었다.

예를 들어 서로 소개 없이 바로 수업부터 시작할지

아니면 간단하 소개하고 시작할지 등등

 

어떻게 진행하면 좋을지에 대해서 

미리 사전에 선택 가능.

the worker doesn't feel like get passionate or energetic.

Since the boss purposefully gives the employee less work, the employee feels discouraged and demotivated.

 

1. Uses cause-and-effect structure

2. Uses more precise adjectives like "discouraged" or "demotivated"

i can just stop at the lower level

Sometimes I feel like I can do more for the company. However, I choose to do the bare minimum.

1. Uses transition word like "however"

2. Bare minimum: you don't do more work than you need to

This kind of like not appropriate unbeary made the employees leave the company.

This treatment towards the employees is inappropriate and unfair.

 

1. Uses "inappropriate" instead of "not appropriate", which is a more precise adjective

2. Uses the word "treatment" instead of "this kind"

65 and older/age limitation

In Korea, the retirement age is 65.

In english, the definition of an age limitation is "retirement age"

Here they can direct the team's team project. But the team guide the wrong direction and that there would be some bad intention to make the _ bad.

 

In the workplace, the boss is known to make the key decisions that drive the team toward its goals. However, many bosses use quiet firing to manage their means, when in reality, they are just pretending to be nice.

2. Uses english slang like "key decisions" and "drive the team toward its goals"

링글 일대일 화상 영어 줌콜로 진행한 후기

단점. 튜터들의 전문성

선생님들이 엄청 전문적이진 않다.

대신 slang이나 실생활에 밀접한 단어를 더 잘 안다.

 

전문 영어 선생님들은 아니다보니,  

회사생활을 경험하지 않은 학생들이 튜터이기에 오는 장단점은 있다. 

 

경험에서 오는 차이가 있긴해도

 

장점

원어민이다보니 어떻게 해야 유창하고

어떻게 해야 더 좋은 표현인지 제안해주는 것은 더 수월.

 

 

 

개인적인 후기

- 아티클로 수업 할 경우,

당연하지만 미리 예습하고 더 고민해서 가야지 많은 것들을 얻을 수 있다.

 

 

내가 말하고자하는 것을 영어로 표현하는 것 아직 미숙하다. 

그 깊이가 너무 얕아지고, 초딩스럽게 표현하게 되는 한계.

 

아직도 영어 공부의 끝은 없ㄷ,,ㅏ...
